RETURN POLICY
If your product is defective, you may return it for a refund, or an immediate
replacement, subject to manufacturer/publisher restrictions. Returns of any item must
be done within 30 Days from time of delivery. Before returning any item,
you must contact our returns department via email within 30 days of your

Note: Seasonal, sale, specialty, and custom orders are excluded. In addition, items containing both wood and silver and antique leather goods are excluded.
Order Cancelation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 90 minutes from the time that your order

Tax
Eichlers.com shall withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be
delivered to addresses within New York State. Each customer shall be solely
responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to
any other state.
International Orders
All international customers must pay by credit card. We do not accept
wire transfers at this time. All international orders must have the same
ship to and bill to address entered on their order that is on file with
the credit card issuer. International orders cannot be shipped to a different
address. Any order placed with an international credit card is considered
an international order. Any order placed from outside the United States
is considered an International Order, with the exception of U.S. Military
Personnel. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes.
