A Guide to Better Health
A Holistic Approach

Draws from both the Western “scientific/objective” perspective of medicine as well as the Eastern “philosophical/Chinese” perspective of prevention and cure. The author uses a step-by-step approach designed to help the reader work on him/herself to become a healer in the true holistic sense.

Includes charts and diagrams relating to

  • Reflexology
  • Meridian Channels
  • Shiatsu
  • Chinese Massage
  • Acupressure
Special sections on Children’s Ailments, Nutrition, Medicinal Herbs, and Exercise.

Yehonatan Sraya was born in Jerusalem, in 1935, and had his first hands-on experience with acupressure under his grandmother's tutelage. He received his B.A. and M.A. degrees from Hebrew University and went on to study Chinese Medicine at the California College of Acupuncture. In 1993, Dr. Sraya received his Ph.D in Chinese Medicine from Newport University. He traveled to China where he worked on causes and effects related to sleep disturbances, and was awarded a special honor for his work from the University of Beijing.

Dr. Sraya received his Rabbinic Ordination in 1999 and combines his Torah knowledge and the wisdom of the Rambam with his understanding of Chinese medicine.
