Full Description
This collection of essays is devoted to an analysis of halakhic criteria for determination of death, one of the weightiest bioethical issues of our day. The essays were written over a span of years and addressed to diverse audiences. Most of the material was originally published in various scholarly journals. Two of the chapters consist of Minority Reports written by the author for the New York State Task Force on Life and the Law of which he is a member. by J. David Bleich
