In the Parshah

For some, being “in the parshah of shidduchim” may translate into rosy dreams of rings, wedding plans, and the smashing of a glass under the chuppah, fol- lowed by joyous cries of, “Mazel tov!” For others, however, being in this same parshah may mean living with feelings of anxiety, pain, and even despair.
