This beautiful raw silk appliqu?d wall hanging is a rectangular shape with a blue background with red crowns at the top, golden wheat down the sides, and maroon pomegranates at the bottom. The Hebrew text in the center is the traditional Jewish blessing when moving into a new home: Ata shalom, ubeitcha shalom, vechol asher lecha shalom ("Peace for you, and peace for your house, and peace for all that you have").
The fringes are made from metal and glass beads and the mounting rod is made from brass pipe with brass finials.
