The hanging is made in a gorgeous turquoise base color and is embroidered beautifully with a cityscape of the holy city of Jerusalem, with homes, a windmill and palm trees. In the center is the Biblical verse in Hebrew, Im eshkachech Yerushalayim, tishkach yemini (“If I forget thee O Jerusalem, let my right hand wither”).

The fringes are made from glass beads. The tapestry may be hung from the attached string.
