This beautiful raw silk appliqu?d wall hanging is a rectangular shape with a blue background with red crowns at the top, golden wheat down the sides, and maroon pomegranates at the bottom. The Hebrew text in the center are the first and last verses from King Solomon's Eishet Chail poem, Eishet Hayil Mi Yimtza verahok mipninim michra; Tenu la mipri yadeha, vihalleluha bashearim ma'aseha ("Who can find a woman of valor? Her value is much more than pearls. Give her from the fruit of her labor, and her works will praise her at the gates.")
The fringes are made from metal and glass beads and the mounting rod is made from brass pipe with brass finials.
