YBH of Passaic - Hillel is proud to announce the release of the second edition of our cookbook for Passover, Not Potatoes Again! An abundance of foods for Pesach. This cookbook combines the tried and true recipes that are found in traditional "community" cookbooks with the clear format and detailed indexing that are found in commercial cookbooks.

Pesach is a holiday that places restrictions on the food that we may eat, but we don't have to resort to potatoes again and again! The families and friends of the students of YBH have gathered together our favorite recipes and ideas to produce a cookbook with a wonderful variety of foods and cooking styles.

Not Potatoes Again! doesn't only give great ideas to use for the Seder. There is an entire chapter devoted to breakfast and lunch ideas and another chapter with dairy dishes that meet the restrictions of the holiday.
