If your product is defective, you may return it for a refund, or an immediate replacement, subject to manufacturer/publisher restrictions. Returns of any item must be done within 30 Days from time of delivery. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department via email within 30 days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items that are received defective must be filed within 30 days of the item being received. Please open your package when it arrives to make sure everything arrived in tact as soon as you can, so we can file a claim in time and send you a replacement right away.
Holiday items that are received defective must be filed within 3 days of receiving the defective items.
Note: Seasonal, sale, specialty, and custom orders are excluded. In addition, items containing both wood and silver and antique leather goods are excluded.
Note: International orders cannot be returned via international post, only by walk-in or mailed from within the USA. If you need additional time to return an item, please contact us prior to the 30th day after you received your order.
