This beautiful wall hanging is a rectangular shape with a Seven Species motif on a purple background. The design is of a date palm rising up in the middle of the hanging, with wheat and barley blooming on each side, and pomegranates, grapes, and figs hanging down over them.
It is made of raw silk with appliqu?s embroidered onto its base to give the wall hanging more color and texture. Delicate and colorful glass beads hang from the bottom. The mounting rod is made from brass pipe with brass finials.
