Return Policy

If your product is defective, you may return it for a refund, or an immediate replacement, subject to manufacturer/publisher restrictions. Returns of any item must be done within 21 Days from time of delivery. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department via email within 21 days of your delivery date. For help with returns, please email info@eichlers.com.

Items that are received defective must be filed within 7 days of the item being received. Please open your package when it arrives to make sure everything arrived in tact as soon as you can, so we can file a claim in time and send you a replacement right away.

In Store Pick Up Orders: Orders must be picked up within 30 days and are not returnable after 14 Days of Completion

Prepaid Labels are available for returns on items that are defective or arrived damaged. We are not able to provide prepaid return labels if an item is not what was expected. 

For orders that are shipped for free and are returned we will need to charge a small fee for the return to cover the outbound shipping costs.

Holiday items that are received defective must be filed within 3 days of receiving the defective items.

Note: Seasonal, sale, specialty, gift cards, shtenders and custom orders are excluded. In addition, items containing both wood and silver, sterling silver and antique leather goods are excluded. Lucite items are none returnable or exchangable. Knives are not returnable.

Note: International orders cannot be returned via international post, only by walk-in or mailed from within the USA. If you need additional time to return an item, please contact us prior to the 30th day after you received your order.

Note for International Orders:

We are unable to process refunds for shipping for any issues with Interntional orders. We check all orders that go out, but if there was a mistake with an international order we are unable to processed refunds for shipping and returns. Only in the USA.

Packages that cannot be delivered will be destroyed or abandoned and refund will not be able to be issued.
