Order Cancelation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled, but are not guaranteed to be canceled. If we can we will update you with the cancellation. Please email us at info@eichlers.com or call us at 718-258-7643.

Transaction Currency
- All transactions are in U.S. Dollars.
Tax
- Eichlers.com shall withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within New York State. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
International Orders
- All international customers must pay by credit card. We do not accept wire transfers at this time. All international orders must have the same ship to and bill to address entered on their order that is on file with the credit card issuer. International orders cannot be shipped to a different address. Any order placed with an international credit card is considered an international order. Any order placed from outside the United States is considered an International Order, with the exception of U.S. Military Personnel. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes.
