This is an artistic representation of the Second Temple after the renovations of Herod the Great in the first century BCE. It is an original interpretation of a 2000 year old structure of which there are no pictures or paintings. Jewish law has many conflicting opinions as to various aspects of the specific design, Geulah Products makes no claims as to accuracy of the model according to Jewish law. Within the confines of creating a model made from building blocks, many aspects of this model are specifically not correct according to any opinion. This design was inspired by Alex Levin's "Light of the Second Temple" painting (artlevin.com), and borrows ideas from several other models and illustrations in sefarim. This model is an original artistic creation, and copies or reproductions of this model are illegal under United States Copyright law, and under halacha. Violations will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. It is absolutely issur b'halacha for any retail outlet to sell copies of this model, or any other model that is a copy of any original design.
