UPS/USPS

UPS has been more reliable then USPS when it comes to delivery timing. USPS estimates the day of delivery while UPS usually guarantees day of delivery.

International Orders - Duties and Taxes

All Duties and Taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer, Eichlers.com does not cover these charges in the shipping rates.

 

Our guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond our control, including (but not limited to) the following:

- Disruptions in the air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena and natural disasters
- The unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery
- Delays caused by the consignee
- Acts of God
- Public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises
- Riots, strikes, and other labor disputes
- Civil commotion 

Refused Shipments

For shipments that are refused and returned a fee will be applied to the return plus the shipping charges.

If your order qualified for free shipping and the shipment was refused and returned shipping charges and a fee will be applied to the refund.

 

Note for International Orders:

We are unable to process refunds for shipping for any issues with Interntional orders. We check all orders that go out, but if there was a mistake with an international order we are unable to processed refunds for shipping and returns. Only in the USA.
