It features bright (but not blinding) lights and clear, loud (but not migraine loud) sirens. This toy has 4 buttons, three small and one large button. One button triggers the lights, the next makes the ambulance go into "rushing to the hospital" mode (sirens, lights and some honking), and the next button has some music.
